Alan was born in New York City and raised in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. He earned a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University. Before attending law school, Alan served as an Atlanta Police Officer, where he received several letters of commendation. He graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 1997. Alan handles real estate closings and litigation matters. He also represents large communications companies in connection with their acquisition of leases for cell phone towers across Georgia.
